Nadiya completed her master’s degree in Commercial Law at Monash University in 2019 and in the same year she was admitted as an Australian Legal Practitioner in the Supreme Court of Victoria. In 2021, Nadiya got admitted in South Australia and has practiced interstate as a commercial litigation lawyer.
She further holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Leiden in the Netherlands.
Nadiya has extensive experience as a commercial litigation lawyer and in managing clients from a CALD background as her career commenced at a migration firm.
Throughout her career, Nadiya has acted for a diverse range of international and national private and corporate clients, showcasing her versatility and proficiency in handling a wide spectrum of matters. She represents both applicants, and respondents in commercial disputes.
