Samiksha completed her Bachelor of Law (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts (Criminology) at Monash University in 2021.
Samiksha has experience with litigation in the Supreme Court of Victoria, County Court of Victoria, Magistrates Court and the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, having worked on matters relating to contract rescission, contract repudiation, common property damage, fencing disputes, leasing disputes, debt recovery, and caveats.
She also has experience in representing creditors, and debtors in winding up proceedings, statutory demand disputes, and bankruptcy matters, as well as drafting retail and commercial leases, mortgage agreements, trust deed, building contract reviews.
